We desired for Benesta Acıbadem to be ranked among Europe’s most distinguished residential projects, ensuring that decades or even a century from now, its architecture, materials, craftsmanship, and surrounding nature still convey the meticulous care and the pursuit of timelessness behind its creation.
Formed around a unique park designed by the world-renowned architecture firm WATG in the heart of Acıbadem, Benesta Benleo Acıbadem offers a new culture of living where human beings reconnect with nature, and where luxury meets aesthetics and well-being.
In consultation with the University of Florence, we brought together more than 200 half-century-old trees imported from Tuscany with 3,000-year-old olive trees carrying the thousands of years of memory and wisdom of Anatolia. We gathered the beauty of the fig, the abundance of the pomegranate, and the ancient heritage of the grape, bringing together the colors, fragrances, and seasons of distinct geographies within the very same nature.
Thus, in the heart of the city, we created not merely a green space, but a living nature with its own roots, memory, symbols, and story.
With the fairytale Sky Bridge, designed entirely of natural timber, gliding through this majestic nature and connecting the park’s various elevation levels, we transformed the park from merely a landscape to be walked through into a unique experience where nature is discovered at different heights and from entirely new perspectives.
